Trauma-Informed Training & Corporate Governance
Rosie Motene integrates trauma-aware practices into organizational policies, leadership development, and workplace culture to foster care, resilience, and ethical decision-making. Her trauma-informed training equips organizations to respond sensitively and effectively to workplace sexual harassment and abuse, ensuring processes are victim-centered, supportive, and do not inadvertently retraumatize survivors or enable perpetrators. Through mediation, reflective practices, and culturally grounded approaches, Rosie helps organizations create safe, accountable, and inclusive environments while building leadership capacity to handle sensitive issues with care and integrity.
Drawing on her expertise as a trauma-informed counselor and life coach, Rosie integrates healing and well-being into organizational and community consulting through Letsatsi Healing Space.
